Harry Styles, is that you? The former One Direction heartthrob has a whole new look as he’s crowned the new face of Gucci. From lavender coloured socks to tight suits, a blanket and socks and sandals, we’ve never seen Harry look so edgy.

The 24-year-old who has been touring the world with his debut solo album, was announced as the new face of Gucci via the brand’s Instagram page. Snapped by world-renowned photographer Glen Luchford, Harry can be seen in a good ol' fashioned fish and chips shop. The caption read: “On set at a fish and chip shop in north London, @harrystyles appears in the new men’s #GucciTailoring campaign wearing the House’s latest suiting designs by #AlessandroMichele.”

In another shot you can see Harry near the pickled onions clutching a chicken. The caption read: “Wearing a New Marseille jacket with embroidered collar detail designed by #AlessandroMichele, @harrystyleswalks in a ‘chippy’—the traditional British fish and chip shop—carrying a pet chicken.”

Another shot, surrounded by dogs, Harry can be seen clutching a bag of chips while wearing a suit teamed with socks and sandals. The shot was captioned: “In a narrative sequence that echoes many famous photographs and scenes from British films, @harrystyles brings his pet chicken and dog into the fish and chip shop. He orders and shares it with the animals.”

The final pic sees Harry sporting a macro gingham sharkskin dressing gown as a coat over a pinstripe wool suit.

Harry’s partial to a bit of Gucci, and often wears floral-printed suits to award shows. As well, the design house has kitted out his tour wardrobe, so it’s a perfect fit for the young singer. Could we be seeing him on the catwalk soon?
