TV presenter Christine Lampard looks so sophisticated in this gorgeous velvet suit by Karen Millen! The star chose the chic outfit for the promo of Celebrity Haunted House Live which she hosts with Matt Richardson. Posting a snap of her smart ensemble on her Instagram page, Christine wrote: "Thank you for braving the eerie chill in the air today @cilerpeksah_hairstylist and @helenhandmakeup @angiesmithstylewww.angiesmithstyle.com #CelebHaunted."

Christine was styled by Angie Smith, who is also the stylist responsible for dressing Holly Willoughby. Here, Christine wears a gorgeous, navy tailored blazer which retails at £225 by high street store Karen Millen. We love how the flattering style tapers in at the waist to show off Christine's curves. The jacket features a full length sleeve with button fastening on the cuff and a single button at the front. The velvet trousers with flared leg are also by Karen Millen, priced £140. Both items are available in sizes six to sixteen.

Underneath the velvet suit, Christine wears the Hepworth Blouse in white silk by clothing brand The Fold. This Victorian-esque blouse works perfectly with the suit, and we adore the keyhole slit at the front. Priced £185, the pleated blouse can be tucked into trousers or a skirt for any occasion. Also available in sizes six to sixteen.

Christine finished her look with a pair of black kitten heel ankle boots by Kurt Geiger, which are currently on sale for £79, reduced from £169.

LOOK: Christine Lampard wears £249 tweed skirt designed by well-known celebrity

On Thursday's Loose Women, Christine looked stylish in a statement tweed A-line skirt from British luxury womenswear label Winser London. The asymmetric design is priced at £249, and is cut from Italian wool, alpaca and mohair tweed in deep hues of red and blue.

The piece was designed by Yasmin Le Bon, who has been the face of the brand since its launch in 2003. The star teamed her statement skirt with a simple teal long-sleeved T-shirt from L.K. Bennett and nude court shoes.
