Gigi Hadid is gearing up to unveil her second shoe design for Stuart Weitzman. The American model is no stranger to collaboration, having found success with her capsule clothing collections with Tommy Hilfiger and a limited-edition make-up line for cosmetics giant Maybelline. Gigi is now about to continue her winning streak with another partnership, and will launch her follow-up line with the footwear brand on 15 November.

"Be the first to shop the limited-edition Gigi mules, the Eyelove and the Eyelovemore," the company teased in a statement on Thursday night, adding that the launch will be accompanied by a short film starring the 22-year-old.

Predicting high demand for Gigi's new footwear, brand executives are urging fans to sign up to their website to pre-order and receive updates on availability and prices.

Gigi has acted as a brand ambassador for the company since 2015, posing for a risque naked snapshot alongside fellow fashion stars Joan Smalls and Lily Aldridge. She launched her first shoe design, an ankle boot, in September 2016, and also starred in the spring 2017 advertisements.

Of late, the model has been snapped walking in New York in Weitzman's Mulearky flats, a mule with high vamp, pointed toe and stacked heel, which is available in jewel-toned suede and satin fabrics. But Gigi isn't the only shoe addict in the Hadid household, and her younger sister Bella Hadid has just opened up about her footwear preferences. The brunette beauty, who has modelled for the likes of Bulgari and Nike, opts for sportier shoe options when off-duty.

"I love to have a heels moment, but sneakers always end up looking cooler. And of course, they are more comfortable," she told Footwear News.
