Heidi Klum's first ever fashion collection for Lidl was debuted during New York Fashion week on Thursday evening in a spectacular supermarket-themed fashion show, #LETSWOW. The impressive show presented an 84-piece collection to the public for the first time, and saw models walk down the catwalk in key pieces, including leopard print boots, sequin blazers and leather jackets.

Heidi herself was there, dressed in vibrant blue trouser suit teamed with a simple black vest top and leg-lengthening black heels. Speaking of the collection, Heidi said: "I'm incredibly proud. This was an amazing start and the perfect way to present the pieces in a worthy setting – in no way elitist and also creative at the same time!"

The talented model was also keen to ensure that the collection was for everyone. She added: "Today we’ve shown that our collection suits everyone because it’s so versatile." Heidi looked like she had a wonderful time at the show, and posed in a series of fun photos in front of the supermarket backdrop.

The location of the show couldn’t be more perfect either. Heidi’s clothing line, which has been aptly named "Heidi & The City", was inspired by New York itself. Along with the fashion show, the mother-of-four also treated guests to a personal styling area, putting together the perfect look for them with pieces from her collection.

The collection’s purse-friendly prices range from just £4.99 to £49.99. Last month, Lidl excited fans with a preview photo of the collection, which saw Heidi modelling pieces from her fashion line, which is out in stores across the UK on 18 September.
