Pixie Lott has long been known for her enviable sense of style, and didn’t disappoint on Thursday when she graced the Loose Women studios in a head-turning outfit. The 26-year-old singer, who was on the show to chat about the debut series of The Voice UK Kids, appeared with co-coach and McFly star Danny Jones. Pixie’s fashion-forward ensemble featured a billowy off-the-shoulder crop top adorned with oversized gingham bows. The burgundy design was teamed with a pair of matching trousers with gingham detailing and an asymmetrical hem. Never one to follow the crowd, Pixie tucked the trousers into the buckles of her leg-lengthening black studded heels – creating a sporty, yet oh-so-cool look.

Beauty-wise, Pixie styled her glossy, long blonde hair in volume-heavy waves, which gently rested on her shoulders. In terms of make-up, her flawless complexion was enhanced with a glowy base and a subtle sweep of rose-hued blush, a flick of black liner drew attention to her large, almond eyes, and a perfectly groomed brow and pink matte lipstick worked as the perfect finishing touches.

Pixie’s outfit contrasted beautifully with the rest of the presenters, who all opted for summer-ready block colours. Anchor Andrea McClean stood out in a sunshine yellow top, Penny Lancaster chose a crisp white form-fitting number, Janet Street-Porter worked a feminine lilac shimmer top, while Nadia Sawalha went for a bold, pillar box red jumpsuit.

While on the show, Pixie opened up about her journey to fame, revealing to the panel that both her and Ed Sheeran experienced their fair share of setbacks before making it in the industry. “There was one audition where me and Ed both got through lots of rounds, we were really excited. And then we both got turned away,” she said. After being asked what kept her going, she replied defiantly: “I think because I literally couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Those experiences make you stronger.”
