Once again, Charlize Theron turned heads on the red carpet on Tuesday evening as she stepped out to attend Cannes Film Festival’s star-studded Anniversay Soiree in a striking semi-sheer Christian Dior gown. The gothic floor-length number featured a plunging neckline and clasped in at the waist to showcase her petite frame. A billowing train glided behind her as she made her way to the iconic Palais de Festival. To accessorise, Charlize opted for two gorgeous silver bangles on each of her wrists, and a matching pair of earrings.
Beauty-wise, Charlize wore her glossy blonde hair down in a sweeping side parting, and styled it in loose retro-inspired waves. Looking every inch the definition of Hollywood glamour, the 41-year-old enhanced her pretty features with natural make-up. A swipe of black liner bought out her glistening emerald eyes, a peach-hued blush and a patent pink gloss completed her stunning look.

Charlize was joined on the red carpet by fellow A-listers Rita Ora, who looked radiant in a sequin embellished Elie Saab gown, Eva Longoria, who dazzled in a silver Pamella Roland dress and Naomi Campbell, who showcased her model looks in Atelier Versace.

Charlize, who is known for her timeless sense of style, worked another fantastic look earlier in the week, when she presented the prestigious Trophées Chopard 2017 to British actors Anya Taylor-Joy and George MacKay during the 10-day festival. The stunning actress looked a picture of beauty in a floor-length Prada gown, which featured a plunging neckline and ultra-feminine pleat detailing. To accessorise her awe-inspiring look, the 41-year-old opted for a black box clutch – also from Prada, a trio of intricate Chopard silver necklaces and a pair of statement drop earrings.

The Fast Furious 8 actress, who’s slim figure is the envy of many, recently revealed to Red magazine her secret to staying in shape. "I've always believed if you find something you love, exercise won't be a shore. I love anything outdoorsy. My mom recently got me to play tennis, which I wasn't good at, but really enjoyed. If you do exercise you enjoy you're keeping yourself fit without even realising it."
