Work out with Ellie Goulding

Already a hugely successful singer, songwriter and dancer, Ellie Goulding can now add Personal Trainer to her CV.

Combining her love for running — she has five half marathons under her belt — with a strong belief in being fit not thin, she’s introducing a new workout in collaboration with Nike+ Training Club - the Get Lean N+TC exercise routine.

Talking of her new workout, she says: "I think my passion for exercise and my passion for performing on stage have started to intertwine slightly because I have to be fit to do all of the things I want to do on stage".

 



A 15-minute regime that incorporates all of her favorite training moves - from alternating metabolic drills with high and low intensity movement for a full body workout that’s easily slotted into your daily routine without being mundane, "doing something different every day keeps things fresh, exciting and interesting", Ellie tells us.

Having completed the workout ourselves we most definitely agree. It not only torches calories, but keeps you mentally and physically engaged the whole way through. Bravo Ellie!
