X Factor 2014: Vote Cheryl Cole or Mel B for best dressed in Edinburgh

Vote for who you think was the best-dressed X Factor judge at the Edinburgh auditions.

All eyes were on X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Mel B as they stepped out in contrasting outfits for the Edinburgh auditions.

Cheryl Cole opted for a cream and white ensemble, keeping her makeup neutral, teamed with a sleek ponytail. Mel B chose a different look to the former Girls Aloud band member, opting instead for a bright yellow top teamed with hot pink trousers. The mother-of-three kept her footwear simple, opting for a pair of nude stilettos.

When it came to beauty, the two judges also chose contrasting looks. While Cheryl chose to keep her make-up neutral and teamed with a sleek ponytail, Mel B added a slick of bright pink lipstick for a bolder beauty look, keeping her hair off her face in a smooth top bun.

The pop princesses have been wowing fans with their stylish and chic red carpet outfits, while Simon Cowell revealed that as judges they were "really, really good".

Cheryl recently admitted that she and Mel B are 'very different characters', but that they got on extremely well during auditions. "She actually makes me laugh," said the 31-year-old. "Sometimes I have to stop myself from laughing at her because it's really rude - the contestants think I'm laughing at them."

"She's quick and she's very direct," she added about Mel B's judging style. "A lot of stuff she says I couldn't bring myself to say. But I love that – it's a good dynamic for the panel."
