Victoria Beckham has taken multitasking to a new level.

The fashion designer took to Twitter to show fans a picture of her doing paperwork while walking on a treadmill in skyhigh stiletto boots.

The former Spice Girl shared the snap, writing, "Thank u @SusieCollege. Every office should have one of these, work out and work at the same time!! Genius!!X vb."

She mother-of-four also shared a throwback picture of an old Spice Girls pizza.

"My mum just found this vintage pizza in the freezer!!! X vb," she wrote.

The pizza spells out the world 'SPICE' and each of the letters is a different flavour representing each Spice Girl.

She shared another snap of the pizza after they had taken it out of the box and removed the cellophane.

"It looks even better out of the packaging!! X vb," she wrote.

Victoria has been noticeably more present on social media recently. She kept fans updated with the preparations for her New York Fashion Week show, posting behind-the-scenes images.

The 39-year-old recently revealed that she had breast implants – and that she has since had them removed.

The famous fashion designer and mum of four joked about old pictures of herself with a larger chest: "I don’t have them anymore. I think I may have purchased them."

It is thought that Victoria, 39, had a procedure in a London clinic back in 1999 which left her with a size 34D.

The queen of fashion also shared that she was at her happiest when she was living Stateside with then footballer husband David Beckham who was playing for LA Galaxy and their children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.

"Living in America for six years was the happiest I think I’ve ever been," she told Allure magazine. "It was much more accepting for a woman to have a career, as well as a man. And I loved it."

But she is quick to clarify that she is just as happy now that she is based in the British capital, where the Beckham brood relocated earlier this year. "I'm not saying I'm not happy now. I'm just as happy now!"
