Liberty Ross makes stunning first red carpet appearance since affair reports

She has been through a difficult time recently.

But Liberty Ross’ appearance betrayed no signs of stress as she graced the red carpet for the first time since rumours of her husband’s affair surfaced last month.

The Vogue model looked stunning as she stepped out at the premiere of Lawless in Hollywood on Wednesday.

She was channelling effortless chic in a satin, emerald-green shirt that she paired with skinny black trousers and fierce ankle boots.

But she had chosen not to wear her wedding ring.

The 33-year-old joined stars including British actress Alice Eve and Shia LaBeouf, who stars in the gangster drama.

Liberty’s husband Rupert, who has been pictured with his wedding band still on, found himself at the centre of a media storm after pictures emerged of him kissing Twilight star Kristen Stewart.

He said shortly after that he hoped his wife could forgive him.

"I love (my family) with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together," said the director, whose involvement in the Snow White and the Huntsman sequel is now in doubt.

Kristen also made a public apology to her boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected," the actress said.

"This momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

Liberty and Rupert have been married for 11 years, and have two children Skyla, seven, and Tennyson, five.
