Karlie Kloss is returning to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway for the first time in two years. The 25-year-old model parted ways with the lingerie company in 2015, just two years after earning her Angel wings, but she's planning a comeback at this year's event in Shanghai, China in November.

Confirming the news in an Instagram post, Karlie uploaded a photo of herself from 2014 wearing a gold corset and gold wings, captioning it, "See you in Shanghai @VictoriasSecret."

Her big reveal isn't that much of a surprise though as the blonde beauty was spotted leaving the brand's headquarters in New York last Friday, triggering rumours of an appearance in this year's catwalk extravaganza.

Karlie hasn't been idle during her time away from the Victoria's Secret runway; she studied at New York University, where she was accepted into the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, and she has also been busy working on her own computer coding course.

The Adidas ambassador will join sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid on the catwalk in China, as well as Victoria's Secret regulars Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, and Lily Aldridge, and newcomers including Grace Bol, Roosmarijn de Kok, Alexina Graham, Frida Aasen, Aiden Curtis and Victoria Lee.

Speaking at the time of Karlie's departure from the label, Ed Razek, senior creative of Victoria's Secret, praised her talents as well as sharing his sadness at her leaving.

"Reluctantly, we agreed she would leave the brand at the end of her contract," he told People. "Karlie is one of a kind, a very close friend, someone I truly admire and love. She is, without question, one of the best models ever. But she is an even better person. Her future is unlimited, and I am excited to see all the good she will do. Karlie Kloss will always be an Angel to me."
