The Duchess of Cambridge looked relaxed in skinny jeans and a white, red and black striped jumper at a special reception at Kensington Palace on Wednesday afternoon. The event was held in support of the runners taking part in the powerful Heads Together mental health campaign for the London Marathon. Kate accessorised with elegant drop earrings and of course her beautiful sapphire and diamond wedding ring.

Her dark, glossy hair was styled effortlessly in loose curls that tumbled onto her shoulders, and as for makeup, she opted for a simple smoky eye created with dark brown liner, eye shadow in a similar hue and lashings of mascara. A subtle sweep of coral blush balanced her beauty look, while a defined brow pulled everything together nicely.
