Dior showcases stellar partnership with Harrod's at star-studded exhibition

Some of Britain's biggest fashion icons made their way to Harrods' Dior wonderland on Thursday evening. In celebration of one of the strongest friendships in the industry, the store and the fashion house have partnered up once more to showcase their definitive pieces in front of London’s most veritable landmarks. Featuring pieces worn by Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor, the exhibition also boasts a café, London-themed window display and pop-up shop for the fashion house's fans. Liberty Ross, Amber Le Bon, David Gandy,Leah Wood and Jade Jagger made an appearance at the glamorous project, which boasts an exclusive exhibition and pop-up store for the fashion house. And adding another country to the palette, the beautiful Russian model Natalia Vodianova opened the event in a black shift dress by the fashion house. Elegant as ever, Gemma Arterton, 27, also made an appearance at the launch. The Quantum Of Solace star looked far away from her recent marriage trouble as she wore an all-black ensemble with chic skyscraper stilettos.

Rubbing shoulders with some of the fashion world’s biggest names, the actress was the perfect image of style and grace. Posing for a picture alongside the Audrey Hepburn's dazzling gown with make-up artist Lisa Eldridge, the dress wasn't the only thing to light up Lisa's face. "Me and the beautiful Gemma Arterton at tonight's Dior event… grinning! With the Audrey dress in the background," said Lisa. Also flying the flag for Britain, Liberty Ross turned heads in her ice-white marabou fur coat.

Later taking off her jacket to reveal an orange, asymmetric cut dress, the star rubbed shoulders with her model counterparts Leah Wood and Jade Jagger. David Gandy represented the male fashion elite in a dapper brown and cream suit, epitomising the refined elegance of the collection. And the keenest Dior fans can breathe a sigh of relief. The Knightsbridge store exhibition will remain open for the next month for fans to celebrate the designer and Harrods alike.
