Holly Willoughby has flower power on This Morning in Whistles dress

Holly Willoughby showcases her high-street led outfit on ITV’s This Morning

by Laura Sutcliffe /

Holly Willoughby’s latest 'outfit of the day' offering is blooming gorgeous! Ahead of her appearance on Thursday's This Morning, the 36-year-old posed for an Instagram photo showcasing a beautiful floral dress, peppered with a yellow and white bloom print. The black and yellow ensemble, which boasts an on-trend, high-neck collar and sheer, longsleeves gathered at the cuff, is by high-street chain Whistles. Holly completed her look with a pair of classic black boots by European brand Shoe the Bear, which are still in stock in all sizes on their website.

The pretty tea dress proved to be a flattering fit on the slim TV presenter, and the floral detail made it all the more eye-catching. A nipped-in waist helped highlight her slender frame, with the flared skirt helping to enhance her hourglass silhouette. Holly smiled happily for the camera as she posed for her mandatory photo. Instead of opting for her usual loose, voluminous waves, she choose to wear her hair high up in a ponytail, with two loose, delicate tendrils which framed her face. Her wholesome, blemish-free complexion was enhanced once again with her now trademark natural make up, expertly applied by her regular make-up artist friend Patsy O’Neill.

The floral dress, like many of Holly’s high-street buys, is extremely versatile and is suitable for both the day and the evening. As the cold weather sets in, this kind of frock can be worn with tights, and a tailored jacket. Alternatively, if you are feeling brave like Holly, you could try wearing it with bare legs, coupled with boots, heels or even loafers for a relaxed, daytime outfit.
