Vanessa Hudgens stepped out onto the red carpet on Sunday night to co-host the star-studded Billboard Music Awards, held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The pretty actress looked a vision in a stunning pale pink gown by celebrity favourite designer Marchesa. The ultra-feminine floor-length design was adorned with oversized silk bows and featured cool cut-out panels across the waist. The off-the-shoulder number stood out with a playful thigh-high split, which beautifully showcased the star’s toned bare legs. For footwear, the 28-year-old opted for a pair of leg-lengthening metallic heels.

Make-up wise, Vanessa outlined her large brown eyes with a metallic shimmer eyeshadow, which contrasted beautifully with her dress. A light, glowy base to further enhance her dewy complexion, a sweep of peach-hued blush and a semi-sheer gloss finished off her awe-inspiring look.

The Powerless star also showcased her gorgeous new bob - styled in a sleek side parting, which she unveiled earlier this month on her Instagram account, which had been cut by celebrity hairstylist, Nikki Lee, a favourite with Lea Michelle and Emma Roberts.

Vanessa made several dress changes throughout the night - and looked striking as she posed with Celine Dion

Vanessa has recently opened up about experimenting with her hair colour and length, admitting that she often relies on hair pieces and extensions. She revealed that she was loving extra-long hair, and was inspired by the sleek look worn by Cher in the seventies. "Right now it would be very chill. Just like a cool girl. Just chill and laid back and from the seventies," the actress told People, adding that her looks depend on her mood.

However, the American beauty added that she doesn't often change her make-up from day to day. To switch-up her look while out and about, she relies on lipstick, and carts around numerous shades in her favourite handbag. "I carry a pouch in my purse with probably 20 different lip colours all in the kind of nude to red to coral to rust category. Just anything in there. Whatever I am feeling that day, whatever goes with the outfit that makes me feel a little more confident works," said Vanessa.
