Alexa Chung’s long-awaited fashion label Alexachung is set to officially launch on 30th May, and this week, style fans have been given a sneak preview of the key styles from the collection. Along with a website and logo, Alexa has created an Instagram account for the brand - which already has over 400 followers since launching on Sunday. The sartorially-savvy star has been a force to be reckoned with in the fashion world for some time and her iconic style is reflected in her new label, which as far as we can see so far features plenty of loose-fitting shirts and feminine takes on tailoring.

In preview footage, Alexa models a white ruffle collar blouse with oversized cuffs teamed with a gingham jacket and white jeans as she elegantly rides a white stallion in true British fashion. As of the end of the month, fans will be able to purchase the 33-year-old's collection at Selfridges, MATCHESFASHION.com and Galeries Lafayette.

Alexa's new line is set to be out on 30 May

This isn’t the first time Alexa has proved her talents as a designer - she has collaborated with major fashion brands in the past, including AG Jeans, Superga and Marks and Spencer. Her new label was announced last July, with the promise of daywear, eveningwear, denim, jewellery and shoes. In an official statement, she explained that she was living out her ultimate dream:

“I have been fortunate enough to have found a wonderful team from various corners of the fashion industry and beyond to help realise my vision and make this lifelong dream a reality.”
