Raf Simons is planning further star-studded campaigns for Calvin Klein. Since joining the American fashion label in 2016, former Christian Dior creative director Simons has cast some of Hollywood's most exciting names in his adverts. The fashion designer's first big name ad starred Moonlight actors Mahershala Ali, Trevante Rhodes and 12-year-old Alex R. Hibbert, and was quickly followed by a short film released earlier this month starring Lauren Hutton, Kirsten Dunst, Rashida Jones and Maya Thurman-Hawke, the 18-year-old daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman.

"You'll find out soon," Simons coyly told InStyle.com of who his next celebrity muses will be. "If you're following (on social media), you already know some. I'm not going to say names ... but many new people. Many people, everywhere."

Simons attended the Time 100 Gala earlier this week in New York, after being named one of the publication's 100 Most Influential People of 2017. Rapper A$AP Rocky wrote an accompanying piece in Time, praising Simons' career and declaring: "(He) built a whole new religion around fashion." In response to the article Simons beamed and replied: "It was beautiful. It was nice...It's beautiful the way he kind of put that in words, in the context of this nomination."

Fellow co-star Mahershala Ali also stars in the campaign

The Belgian designer added that his approach to design hasn't changed since moving to Calvin Klein, and he's enjoying being more involved with the business side of the company: "There are different responsibilities," he said. "It's almost like a different body of work. Before I was not involved with certain aspects of the business at all, like fragrance, or the actresses that we worked with at Dior, that wasn't so much my call. Right now it's like constructing a whole new kind of work."
