Gigi Hadid wore her heart on her T-shirt in honour of Valentine's Day. The model made it clear that Zayn Malik was on her mind as she wore an oversized T-shirt from his merchandise line for an outing in New York.

The 21-year-old wore the top, which features Zayn's name in bold yellow lettering, with skinny trousers and a leather trench coat tied loosely around her waist. A pair of chunky black ankle boots and blue aviator sunglasses completed her dressed down look.

Gigi also shared a sweet Instagram post of herself and Zayn together to mark the occasion, declaring that he was her Valentine "everyday". The black-and-white snap shows the pair gazing at each other as they kiss, and was captioned with a simple heart emoji. The couple have been dating since November 2015 and appear even more loved up than ever recently, with Gigi opening up about their relationship in an interview with Vogue magazine.

"When I'm in LA I mostly stay in because it's my time off and I like being with my boyfriend and doing art and cooking," Gigi said. "We like late night movies and we order from this amazing place that does lattes and gingerbread cookies. I need coffee to stay up."

The model also shared this sweet photo of herself and Zayn together

Gigi added that they often go out to the cinema together, but her busy schedule can leave her feeling tired. She explained: "I'm always like, 'Babe, let's go to a movie.' Then I fall asleep halfway through and he's like, 'You've seen the first half of every movie out there and you have no idea how any of them end.'"

Meanwhile Zayn has revealed that he loves to cook for his girlfriend, telling ES magazine he likes to make "steak and potato pie, Sunday roast dinner and Yorkshire pudding. Yeah, she likes a good Yorkshire pudding."
