Daisy Lowe dazzles at LFW party

Daisy Lowe is a permanent fixture on the London Fashion Week scene. The brunette beauty kicked off SS16 in the British capital in style, attending a party to celebrate the Kit and Ace store opening in East London. The 26-year-old put her curves on display in a lacy buttoned black top and a green, floral print skirt.

Daisy accessorised with simple black court shoes and a cute black clutch bag. The socialite recently opened up about her diet and exercise regime. Speaking to The Express, she said: "As far as eating goes it's about everything in moderation for me. "I try to avoid the naughties, like bread and rice, but I really love sweet things and I find it hard to resist marzipan or a piece of Battenburg cake."

To counteract the sweet treats, Daisy has a workout regime in place. "I work out five times a week for 90 minutes and I swim, dance and do Pilates regularly, so my weight has barely wavered since February," she added. The model, who is often praised for her womanly curves, also revealed that she finds the term 'curvy' slightly offensive. "It's quite difficult constantly being called the curvy model," she said.

"I'm a size eight, and to read that I'm curvy if you are a size 16 or 18 must be quite frustrating. But I hope that I make those girls who are a size 16 feel good about having curves because if this wasn't my job I'd happily be a size 14 and enjoy that feminine shape. "I feel very blessed to be a woman and enjoy having hips and a bottom."

Kit and Ace is the new brand of the Lululemon founders and is currently in the midst of a global takeover. The Shoreditch store will be the first of 10 shops opening across London in the next year. There are already 30 open in the US with 16 more planned this year, 10 in Canada and four in Australia. Tokoyo is next on the list. The brand specialises in technical cashmere - www.kitandace.com.
