Just days after the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, wowed fans in a cream and yellow Jenny Packham dress as she and Prince William introduced baby daughter Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana to the world, Kate has once again upped the style stakes.

This time it was her accessories that caught royal enthusiasts' attention, as the stylish Duchess opted for a chic printed Brisa Shawl, £195, from one of her favourite brands, Beulah London. She teamed the colourful scarf with a white jumper and a pair of Anoushka pearl drop earrings.

It will reportedly be the last time fans will see the Duchess for a while as she sets off to enjoy a break from official duties after giving birth to Princess Charlotte on 2 May at the exclusive Lindo Wing – she and Prince William set off from Kensington Palace to their country residence Anmer Hall in Norfolk where they will adjust to life with a second child.

This marks their first journey as a family of four as they drove with Prince George and his new little sister, who were believed to be in the back seat.

It comes as no surprise that Kate chose to wear Beulah London – she often wears the brand at official engagements, and their chic designs have featured in her maternity wardrobe. Kate wore their elegant navy Chiara Wool coat when she was eight months pregnant with Princess Charlotte as she joined the Queen, Prince William and Prince Harry at a service marking the end of combat operations in Afghanistan.

The Duchess also wowed in one of the British brand's creations earlier during her pregnancy when, at five months pregnant, she looked stunning in a black lace knee-length dress as she joined her husband for a dinner held on behalf of the American Friends of their Royal Foundation, in New York.
