Christopher Raeburn has once again enjoyed a successful London Fashion Week as he unveiled his Autumn/Winter 2015 collection on Tuesday. The British designer's collection saw everything from dramatic printed capes to duffel coats and bright orange ensembles, but when it came to footwear, the designer revealed that he had collaborated with iconic brand UGG Australia.

The stylish SoCal shoe collection saw black and nude ankle high shoes with utilitarian snapping straps and a slight wedge for an effortlessly cool look, complementing Christopher's famously functional yet high fashion outfits. The collaboration is particularly special for the brand as it marks the first time that they have been present on the London Fashion Week catwalk. "Our partnership with UGG Australia has provided the perfect opportunity to mix femininity with functionality," said Christopher in a statement. "It's a natural alignment considering the Christopher Raeburn design philosophy and the collection as a whole." "I was drawn to the SoCal collection immediately due to its modern aesthetic and sublime mix of materials," said Christopher, who is renowned for often reusing military fabrics in his creations.

Christopher is not the only designer this season to turn to another brand when it comes to footwear. Sarah Jessica Parker revealed during New York Fashion Week that she had teamed up with Ryan Lovo and Ramon Martin, the duo behind label Tome, and that the models would be wearing shoes from the new collection on the Tome catwalk this season. "It is a real honour and enormously exciting to be asked to collaborate with Ryan and Ramon and to be a part of their fall 2015 Tome show," the Sex and the City star told Elle. "I'm a great admirer of their work and I hope to be deserving of such a generous opportunity." For more information head to www.uggaustralia.co.uk
